Hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizer uses hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) as the sterilizing agent. Under low temperature environment, the air in the sterilization cabin is removed through vacuum process, so that hydrogen peroxide can evenly spread to the whole sterilization cabin, sterilize the articles in the cabin, and separate the residual hydrogen peroxide in the cabin through the plasma generator.

The installation position of the dryer is free, with independent control system and LED temperature display. The temperature can be adjusted from 40 ℃ to 80 ℃. It can heat the compressed gas in real time, provide the hot air source for drying, effectively dry the cavity instruments and complex instruments.

Vacuum drying function module

After cleaning, the pre dried device is put into the sterilization chamber. At a low temperature of 50-60 ℃, the boiling point of the water decreases with the decrease of air pressure. After vacuum drying for 15-60min, the water inside the device will be completely dried.

Large capacity USB flash disk stores sterilization information in real time to ensure the safe storage of all data in the life cycle of the equipment. The stored data can be inquired by computer. This configuration can be extended to a traceability system.

Integrated electric constant temperature incubator

The electric constant temperature incubator and equipment are installed in an integrated way, which can display the temperature in real time and the running time of different cultivation groups. The induction type full-automatic cultivation mode is more convenient.
